....e poi arrivano in tavola i dolci.....quadri di magiche linee e colori.....una sinfonia di profumi (menta, pistacchio, amarena....).....una gioia per occhi e palato...veramente da provare!!!

What an amazing spot!!!! The place itself is BEAUTIFUL, luxurious, tastefully decorated, fantastic view of the Umbria landscape, great pool, quiet. And then the most friendly, happy staff. The chef; an amazing woman who creates the best food with ingredients from «the garden». Their wine…. Soo good! Next door is a riding centre… an hour riding in between olive trees and grape wine….AMAZING!!! I’ll be back!

L'atmosfera suggestiva della Tenuta Ponziani è un toccasana per l'anima! Sarà che il periodo è particolarmente propizio, ma sembra esserci qualcosa di speciale nei colori, nei profumi e nel suono di cui la natura qui, è protagonista assoluta. Eccellente il servizio di ristorazione. Trovare una selezione e produzione di materie prime di così alta qualità è simbolo di grande passione. Lo staff, ci ha stupiti davvero nella cura del servizio e per la prontezza di risposta alle nostre esigenze che, come gruppo di lavoro, non erano semplici da soddisfare. Davvero un'ottima esperienza!!

La tenuta è uno spazio incantevole. Incastonata nella campagna ne riprende i colori e i sapori. Gli spazi sono curati e all'insegna di eleganza e bellezza. Ottimi cibi con ingredienti locali. Il personale si è rivelato attento e professionale. Non posso che consigliare.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend rilassante e rigenerante. Tenuta Ponziani è’ il posto meraviglioso, l’ accoglienza è ‘ ottima, l’atmosfera è magica. La cucina è’ il top .Nei piatti si sente che si usano i miglior prodotti del territorio . Abbiamo assaggiato i vini della loro produzione . Il cabaret Sauvignon e Grechetto Chardonnay sono i vini molto buoni. Torneremo a giugno e facciamo il bagno nella loro piscina spettacolare. Siamo stati veramente bene.

La struttura è ubicata in collina, a 15' da Orvieto e dall'autostrada A1, in ottima posizione rispetto alle principali località turistiche dell'Umbria. Si presenta moderna, ben arredata, con ampi spazi esterni. La camera “deluxe” è di media grandezza, pulita, ben arredata, ben climatizzata, silenziosa. L'accoglienza è buona, così come l'assistenza al cliente durante il soggiorno. La cucina è di buon livello sia nella colazione sia nella cena.
